Business Profile

The Mprise Group was founded in 1991 by Joop de Jong as a service around Baan ERP software. Under the label of Profuse Nederland BV, many customers inside and outside of the Netherlands are provided with training, consultancy, software development, and control activities (SLA’s).

In 1997, Mprise Group opened two branches in Romania. Dynaprise SRL is a business that develops software for businesses in the Netherlands. BIT Software provides the Romanian marked with their own ERP solution SocratePlus and the open software ERP application Socrate Open.

In 2007, Infor Global Solutions acquired the Baan ERP service and the shifted the focus to two areas:

1. The service on the area of Microsoft Dynamics NAV and AX (previously known as Navision and Axapta)
2. The support of IT-departments of larger businesses on the area of quality control. With this needs to be thought namely of test management, test coordination, performing tests, CMMi. On this area the Mprise Group has strengthened itself with the taking over of ITRP / IT Resource Partners (2008) and the A-Group (2009).

The business has, since July 1 2010, around 50 employees.
