Core Values

By Mprise we attach a lot of importance to a large amount of core values. We have summarized them into three topics. The three I’s:

Involvement

Mprise employees are involved with each other and with the customer. Achieving change in a company is teamwork. As an employee of Mprise you need to be able to rely on colleagues. Besides, you never know everything. We find that customers have a right to that. Added value for clients and for colleagues, that’s what matters to us.

Integrity

Not acting trustworthy, but being trustworthy. That’s what it’s about at Mprise. We do what we promise. That’s why we’re not only focused on what you ask, but also on what you need. To us the long term relation matters. Our methods are focused on that.

Innovation

Creating greater value without innovation like core values is impossible. Mprise employees are aimed on improvement and optimization of business processes and information processes. New technology developments are relying on common sense and on investigated practical ability.
